Terri Riutcel, Creator and Owner of Table to Garden: Saving the Planet One Plate at a Time, joined our class as a guest speaker to tell her story as well as her company’s story. Terri shared how her passion for composting and helping the environment transformed into a business that works to empower individuals with knowledge that inspires them to take action to collect and transform food scraps into healthy soil.
