About My Business

Off-Road Plates was created and developed by Luke Welser, who was motivated to give new purpose and value to an otherwise unusable item. Off-Road Plates seeks to revitalize expired license plates by upcycling them into keychains and bag tags. Through careful, precise, and quality assembly, Off-Road Plates creates accessories fit for car keys, lanyards, backpacks, and athletic bags.  Off-Road Plates offers a wide variety of numbers, letters, and colors from license plates across the country, as well as a personalized plate service to turn client’s old license plates into meaningful accessories. Luke will attend Saint Louis University this coming fall and major in biomedical engineering. He plans to expand Off-Road Plates by collaborating with SLU’s recycling department, expanding its horizons into a refreshing community.
