Caden Sexton

About Me

Caden Sexton is a senior at Edwardsville High School.  He plays golf at EHS and enjoys learning about the physics behind the game and how to hit the different shots.  While he enjoyed Physics class, his favorite class is Honors Accounting.  Caden had already taken the business classes offered by EHS, so CEO was a no-brainer to complete his senior year.  He currently runs his own business. Additionally, he enjoys learning about businesses by helping other business owners overcome the challenges necessary to run their companies.  In some of Caden’s rare free time, he enjoys playing his different guitars.  Caden is overjoyed to be a part of the astonishing CEO program and get to know everyone in it.

About My Business

Caden Sexton is a young entrepreneur who is fascinated with real estate.  He is the founder and owner of FlipScale Properties, LLC.  FlipScale is a rental property based real estate company designed to improve the local community by taking properties, renovating them to places people are proud to call their home, and then providing locals with quality housing that otherwise would not exist.  He closed on his first property February 2024 and is actively looking to scale his business to much larger proportions.  Follow along with his journey, FlipScale Properties, LLC, on facebook and instagram to see what he has accomplished and what is in the works for the future of FlipScale.  Caden is looking into various college business and accounting programs.  He is also grateful for the connections he was able to establish during his time with Edwardsville CEO.
