Our Edwardsville CEO students enjoyed another SWEET morning at Liberty Apple Orchard with Stephen and Lugene Miller, two incredible entrepreneurs who continue to show us that some of the most important business lessons extend FAR beyond any one industry!

From growing apples to growing a business, Steve and Lugene reminded our students that success requires:

🌳 GRIT — Persevere through challenges and setbacks.

🍎 ADAPTABILITY — Be willing to change when things don't go as planned.

👂 LISTENING — Pay attention to your customers and what they truly want.

❤️ HUMILITY — Stay grounded, keep learning, and recognize you don't have all the answers.

🧭 VALUES — Know what you stand for and let those values guide your decisions.

And this year's visit was EXTRA special! We welcomed two aspiring entrepreneurs, Everly (7) and Max (10), who joined our CEO students for a little firsthand entrepreneurial inspiration! Who says you're ever too young to start thinking like an entrepreneur? 😊

What makes Steve and Lugene so special isn't just the business they've built. It's their 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙬𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮.

A HUGE thank you to the Millers for once again opening your orchard, sharing your wisdom, supporting Edwardsville CEO, and reminding us that great businesses are built on great VALUES! 🍏🧡
