Last week, our Edwardsville CEO students spent the morning with Lacy Able of Revity Credit Union, learning that financial institutions are about much more than dollars and cents! We were also thrilled to be joined by John Merritt (President & CEO) and Mark Dietrich (Chief Growth and Strategy Officer)!

Lacy shared 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙖 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙖 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙠, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙.

Students also picked up some valuable financial literacy lessons, including debit card safety, fraud prevention, and protecting their hard-earned money.

A great reminder that whether you're building a financial institution or launching your first business, TRUST, RELATIONSHIPS, and putting PEOPLE FIRST matter!
