CEO students kicked off the morning with an inspiring visit from Chad Opel, CFP® — Senior Wealth Management Advisor, founder of Front Office Wealth Strategies, CEO investor, and mentor.

Chad challenged students to think intentionally about how they show up each day by asking themselves three simple but powerful questions:

These questions, rooted in Chad’s experience as an athlete, coach, and business leader, sparked meaningful conversation about mindset, discipline, and long-term success. Chad shared his own winding career path — from baseball and coaching to wealth management — reminding students that opportunity often shows up unexpectedly, but only if you’re open, prepared, and willing to step outside your comfort zone.
