This morning, CEO students had the opportunity to dive into their DISC personality assessments with Jeff McMillian — National Development Coach, certified DISC trainer, and longtime CEO supporter!

Jeff spends his days as a National Development Coach for Wells Fargo Advisors, but also pursues his passion for building relationships and positively influencing others through his side hustle, Audio Mac Productions (a premier DJ service in STL 🎶).

He guided our students through their DISC results, helping them understand not only how they naturally communicate, but also how to adapt their style to connect more effectively with others.
