As students begin brainstorming their individual businesses for second semester. Doug challenged our students to shift their thinking. While some entrepreneurs jump first to crafting a potential solution, he stressed the importance of having empathy for your customers and truly understanding the PROBLEMS they have. Only then can you craft a dynamite solution.
