CEO had an incredible (and sweaty) morning at The Sports Academy with Elite FT Owner Justin McMillian!

In ANY business, you have to…

⚽️ understand that 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄. Your ability to adapt to change is incredibly important.

⚽️ 𝐋𝐄𝐓 𝐆𝐎. You cannot do everything on your own. Surround yourself with a team that is responsible and willing to learn, set high expectations and hold your team accountable. If you do this, your team will find success.

⚽️ 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐒. Be good to people and always have integrity.

⚽️ 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐙𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒. Regardless of your abilities and talents, if you don’t have the “little things” figured out (responsibility, accountability, communication etc.), nothing else matters.
