Over the past two days, Edwardsville CEO students have been diving deep into DISC assessments. DISC personality profiles aim to help each person understand their behavioral style and how to maximize their potential.
--
Students had the chance to take a DISC assessment and learn how to read their results in class on Monday. Tuesday, students were joined by one of our program investors and local lawyer/business owner, Todd Sivia.

As a trained TTI member, Todd joined class and expanded on the results of each of our students. He helped students recognize the strengths within each different personality profile and how understanding these strengths helps our group be stronger as a whole.
--
A big thank you to Todd for joining us and a huge shout out to each of our students for diving into these assessments over the last two days!
