𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔 𝒘𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆.

This morning, the class of 2025 was finally able to meet DOUG VILLHARD, or as we like to call him in CEO, our 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙛 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙚.

As Academic Director for Entrepreneurship at WashU, along with his long list of successful businesses and ventures, Doug knows a thing or two about business and work productivity.

Doug led students on several activities this morning to show them how important it is to 𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔.

He introduced a valuable tool (Trello) which uses the Kanban system (a strategy for optimizing the flow of value through a process that uses a visual, pull-based system) for work efficiency.

Through the activities and discussions, we hope students are armed with the tools to:

🔨 Visualize the Work
💭 Limit Work in Progress
👏 Improve Collaboratively

A big thank you to Doug for taking the time to share your insight and knowledge with another group of CEO students! We cannot wait to watch what this crew cooks up!
