CEO took a peek behind the curtain of the restaurant & catering industry as they visited with Tom Guarino (Director of Hospitality) and Michael Giberson (Director of Operations) with Bella Milano Edwardsville this morning!

🍝 Leadership requires teamwork, clear communication and excelling listening skills. While you won’t always agree with everyone, you have to be willing to listen, ask questions and compromise in order to have a successful venture and happy team!
