Owner Alex Rosenberger welcomed our class of 26 aspiring entrepreneurs to his dealership this past week. Along with delicious treats and incredible car stories, Alex shared his own entrepreneurial journey and the lessons he has learned along the way:

🏎️ Never burn a bridge & never stop learning!

🏎️ There is no blueprint for owning your own business. You have to be willing to fill every role, at any time!

🏎️ Sometimes a “no” just means “no…right now” – be polite, but don’t be afraid to be persistent for what you want and need.

🏎️ Whatever you are doing, find the passion. Every experience and encounter is a learning opportunity.

🏎️ Above all else, Alex encouraged our young entrepreneurs to 𝑨𝑳𝑾𝑨𝒀𝑺 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕. Never stop pursuing your goals, but don't get too caught up in those goals to miss the most important opportunities and the family and friends that you hold most dear. Taking care of yourself and your family doesn’t stop at financial support, it is mental and emotional as well.
